Distance Contract

According to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is obliged to inform customers about delivery terms, return conditions, and the right of withdrawal. This document describes the conditions that form the distance contract between the store owner (hereinafter — Seller) and the customer (hereinafter — Buyer).

1. General Provisions

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods according to the Buyer’s order placed in the online store, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the ordered goods under the terms of this contract. All goods are covered by the legally established 2-year conformity guarantee for consumers.

2. Placing Orders and Payment

2.1. The Buyer places an order in the online store, specifying the type and quantity of goods.

2.2. Payment can be made:

  • via integrated payment tools in the online store;
  • by bank transfer based on an electronically sent invoice, valid without signature.

3. Delivery of Goods

3.1. Normally, goods are delivered within 2–7 working days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated in the product description. In rare cases, e.g., when the product is not immediately available in stock, delivery may take up to 20 calendar days. The Seller will inform the Buyer individually about the exact delivery time.

3.2. Delivery costs are displayed during the order process and are included in the invoice.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving them, in accordance with Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller’s email address.

4.2. A withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer upon request or can be downloaded from the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) website: Withdrawal Form PDF.

4.3. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. The Buyer covers the cost of returning the goods.

4.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if:

  • goods are non-returnable by their nature, perishable, or quickly consumable;
  • goods are made to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • the packaging of audio/video recordings or computer software has been opened.

4.5. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods or deduct compensation if the goods are damaged due to careless use, failure to follow instructions, or significantly damaged original packaging.

4.6. Return address: Kūdras iela 7–14, Rīga, LV-1083, Latvia.
